    • The balance of the bid amount is due on the closing date within 45 days.
    • Accepted payment methods will be communicated to the successful bidder during the closing process.
       
  • Acceptance of Offers:

    • The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, even if it meets or exceeds the reserve price, for any reason deemed appropriate.
