Clear and marketable deed will be provided to the buyer. Winning bidder of the real estate will have to place 10% down due by wire or delivery after the auction closes to the title company on or before Monday, September 4, 2023. Balance due on closing (typically 30 days to close). Property sales subject to any restriction of record. Bidding is NOT contingent upon financing. Immediately following the auction, the winning bidder(s) will be required to sign a real estate contract and pay ten percent (10%) of the purchase price as a non-refundable down payment.
